Scenario Systems sells CO2 powered devices that are intended to propell paintballs and, at the user's discretion, smoke bombs. Our products are not in any way intended to be used to fire lethal or harmful projectiles, and as such Scenario Systems, Dave Norman, and any other party involved in the production or handling of these products can not and shall not be held accountable for any damage done by these devices under any circumstances. We build our products legally and intend for them to be sold legally and to be used to propel legal projectiles such as paint. However, as we only make and sell these products, not Scenario Systems, nor Dave Norman, nor any other party involved with the production or distribution of these devices can be held accountable for damage done to property or person, whether the products are used as intended or not. By ordering from us, you are stating that you understand that you alone are responsible for the proper and safe usage, storage, and handling of your equipment. You also state legally that you alone are responsible for your actions and what effects they may have. You also state that you are aware of any laws involved with the regulation of these devices, if any exist in your area, and intend to use your device(s) in a legal manner.
Scenario Systems believes that our products are safe, and we test every one before shipping to ensure safety and proper functioning. However, we claim no responsibility for accidents that may occur with our products. We believe that they left our hands in perfectly safe conditions, and we prove that through tests prior to shipping. Everything thereafter is up to the consumer (everything: maintenance, ensuring proper function, ensuring safety, etc). Warranty Information
If you experience any problems with a device that you purchase from us, send an email detailing the problem to Scenarioplay@hotmail.com. We will take a look at the situation, and work with you until we will get the problem fixed. Repair fees will be discussed, if there even are any, at the time of your inquiry. Please note that new barrels may be purchased for both the M203 and the M79. There should be no problems with your products, but if there are, together we can get you back on the field as soon as possible!
