2001] --CHRISTMAS SONGS RECORDED FOR BEC COMPILATION The K boys recorded a song titled “Santa Clause Is Thumbing To Town” for a BEC Christmas compilation that has been in stores as of October 23rd. But there's more!: the debut of Matthew Thiessen & the Earthquakes takes place on the same compilation with a song called “I Hate Christmas Parties”. Many of you know that Thiessen has a love for the piano, and this side project shows that. Expect a Ben Folds Five meets Beach Boys sound that talks about how a girl gave Thiessen a brokenheart for a Christmas present.
