REGISTRATION FEES: Thanks to James Davis Jr., President of JM Industries, who has agreed to pay the expense of this year's Olympics; no fees are required this year.
PRE-REGISTRATION: Registration is not manditory, however, it will make checking in a lot faster for the Cubs that are registered before event day. Request that the pack submit a roster of contestants and what events they desire to be in, by June 4 to:

RAIN: In the event of inclement weather, the Cub Scout Olympic Committee will decide whether or not to hold the event. In event of cancellation, the rain date will be Saturday, June 15. Same time and location. Each participating pack should designate one person as point of contact, redy to receive a phone call and to call other pack participants early on the morning of June 8. The name of this person should be on the pre-registration form. If it looks like rain, but you have not received a call, bring your rain gear.
JUDGING: We need your support to take charge of an event and to supply judges. All assigned judges and score keepers should arrive on the field no later than 08:30 to meet with the chief judge for assignments and instructions. It is important that they arrive on time, so we can start the events at 09:00 sharp and avoid the hottest part of the day.
OLYMPIC EVENTS: Each Cub may enter three (3) or less individual events. The team events (relays) will not count as one of the three events. Boys will compete according to the book in which they are working on the date of Olympics (Wolf with Bears separated from Webelos.) Remember that your Tigers have graduated from the first grade and now are officially in the second grade. Any new Tiger Cubs - Come on out and participate in all the fun.
AWARDS: Each participating Cub Scout will receive a Cub Scout Olympic patch. Individual awards will be given in each individual event for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Each boy on the first through third place relay will also receive an individual award.
