Tappiya Waterfalls as a backdrop

We walked on a stone path making up the walls of the rice terraces. Then we descended on a deep gorge, lush with vegetation and separated by a mighty river below. We thought it was drizzling but it was the mist from the waterfalls.
We camped overnight at the end of a narrow trail, on a ledge with a fantastic view of the falls. The roaring downpour of the cascading waterfalls lulled us to sleep.
