The purpose of this web site is to help you create a business online, with a minimal amount of knowledge and experience. If you follow these steps you not only will make money, but you won't have any out of pocket expenses either.

I have put together a list of the best working programs online today to get you up and running in a short period of time. How long this takes depends on you and the amount of time you devote to it.

If you are looking for a get-rich-scheme, you can exit now. These programs abound on the internet and 99% of the time you will make nothing, nada, or zip! As the old saying goes, "if it looks to good to be true it probaly is." From my own personal experiences I can tell you now you will spend hundreds of hours promoting these programs for nothing. The only people who profit from these programs are the people who started them up and a handful of their buddies.

How much money can I make?

That is totally up to you. I'd be lying if I told you you can make "XXXX" amount of dollars and you devote little to no time at all to promoting your business. If you can't devote 15-20 hours a week to your success or you can call it quits now. Your sites won't promote themselves and no one is going to visit if they don't know you exsist! Don't believe the hype you read saying you can make money for doing nothing. It just won't happen.

Promote until you drop!

In order to succeed you must promote, promote and then promote some more. Remember, you have millions of sites to compete with. There are literally tens of thousands of sites you can promote your site to for free. Eventually however you will want to have some paid submissions in order to make even more money. Free is okay, but like everything else in life, you get what you pay for.

What you should NEVER do!

One of the deadly sins of the internet is spamming. Whatever you do, never, ever SPAM anyone under any circumstances. Never send anyone a e-mail without their permission. Just because someone sends you a e-mail, this in no way gives you permission to e-mail them back with your offers. One slip up that results in a complaint is enough to see all your hard work disappear! Never buy so called safe lists and/or CD's containing thousands of outdated or illegally obtained e-mail addresses. Build your own opt-in from your web site and/or e-zine. Make a file in your mail program and keep every sign-up that you get so you can protect yourself in the event that someone accuses you of SPAM. Better to be safe than sorry.

Yahoo! Classifieds!

I'm going to send you away 2 more times before we move on to the main i-biz path. This time you are going to set-up a account at Yahoo! Classifieds. These ads can get you a ton of traffic the first couple of hours they run. Since it takes 24 hours for Yahoo! to put them online, set them up to run during prime "surfing" hours for maximum exposure. You can post 10 ads at a time and place them in different catagories to increase your chances of getting the most hits that you can. In order for this to work you need to revisit Yahoo! every 2-3 days and make changes to you ads in order to keep them at the top of the list of "new" listings. The right ads can generate a tremendous amount of traffic in a short amount of time.

New e-mail address!

Now I'm sending you to get another e-mail inbox. I'm sure you have plenty, but you are going to use this one when you promote your site. When you get your new address I want you to sign-up for their affiliate program so you can get paid when you give away these free addresses to your visitors. Remember, everything you sign-up for is for a reason. To make money for you and give you site content. Now go get that free e-mail box!

Taking the big steps!

Now that you can see the possibilities of following the i-biz path, be prepared to devote some time to setting all your programs and sites up. This can take as few as 40 hours up to 160 hours depending on how much experience you have at web site building. I know this sounds like a lot of time, but it will pay off in the long run. If you are new don't be intimidated by all this. It will get easier as you go along and the money will start coming in before you know it!

Whatever you do, don't load your sites down with graphics and banners. Your site will be slow to load and unappealing to the eye. Two or 3 banners/graphics at the most are all you need. Some affiliate programs will reject you if you have a "junky" looking site. A good rule of thumb is "less is best." Also remember that there are people that have older computers and they can't view all of this fancy web stuff. ;)
