Distant Thunder is always looking fir fresh talent and eager bodies. We review every aplication we recieve carefuly. Here are our policies when hiring: CRITERIA- What we look for. What do we look for in a potential employee? We look for desire. Having talent helps, but what we want more then just know how is the desire to do the work you want to do. We look for people who want to work for and with us. Any experience, no matter how big or small, always works in favor of you. Only submit your aplication, however, if you have a strong desire to work on making movies. Our goal is to have all of our employees love their job and to not hink of it as a real "job" when they work for us. EXPECTATIONS- What you will do. What do we expenct of you? Full participation to the best of your abilities when you work for us. We need deticated people who are willing to work hard for something they love. We expect equipment sharing, idea shearing, and cooperation. If you work hard not because it is your job, but because you want the projecvt to succeed, then you wil be successful here at Distant Thunder Films. WAGE- What you will get. What do you get? when working for us, you get a lot of things: your name in the credits, access to movie premiers, discounts on merchendise, and a paycheck every two weeks. Salaries will be discussed on a one-on-one basis once you are hired. Wages can be between minimum wage and the salary of a corporate executive, depending on the position, experience, and person.
