![]() 2002 PBR Classic Hardware Epic Finish to OVERLAND PARK --The Tour Championship concluded early on Saturday night when Dylan Goodwin pushed through his sixth wicket. Then, things got interesting. The quest for the Blue Jacket featured a typical race for the finish between Ryan Darst and Steve McMahon. The twist occurred when Eric Lundgren made a move from the 11th wicket and sent both Darst and McMahon from the 14th wicket area to the other end. Darst recovered and set himself up for the fourteenth wicket. McMahon then hit one of his famous long ball shots off of Darst from the final stake area. McMahon cleared the 14th and 15th but missed the stake. In the meantime, Goodwin moved through the 13th wicket and made a play to the final stake area and again sent Darst and McMahon the distance. Goodwin then made the 14th wicket and 15th wicket, but missed the stake after a bad leave. Lundgren then jumped into the action again and sent Goodwin the distance. Goodwin and McMahon got back to winning position and both missed difficult stake shots. Darst then came from the 13th wicket area to hit an incredible aerial shot on the 15th wicket. Darst and Goodwin both missed shots on the final stake before McMahon was able to play off a ball and make the winning stake shot.
