Magazine Closes Down After 68 Years

Bowling Magazine has ceased publication. Meanwhile, in a special arrangement with Luby Publishing, the magazine's subscriber list will be served by Bowlers Journal International, issue for issue, for the balance of the existing subscriptions. The changeover starts with the September 2002 BJI. Those who subscribed to both magazines will have their BJI subscriptions extended the appropriate number of issues. A competition from Bowling International UK Ltd, in association with the BTBA. Bowling International will present a "Can't Buy It Anywhere" shirt to bowlers who bowl a 300 game in a BTBA sanctioned league of tournament, provided it was bowled with a Brunswick Ball.
