The Feanorian script (also called the Tengwar) is the writing
system of the Quenyan language. To write with the Tengwar,
write the consonants before the vowel dash/dot above (the same
goes when reading it)The vowels are as follows:
. If a word starts with a vowel, write
with the vowel dot/dash above it. For double vowels starting in i
or
u
, write the vowel dot/dash above the symbols aforementioned,
and read the bottom vowel first. A period is simply 4 dots arranged
in a square
Hope this helps -- if you have any questions, please
don't hesitate to email me at

helpful is
http://www.omniglot.com/writing/tengwar.htm. It not only gives
explicit instructions on how to write with the Tengwar, it also
has diagrams of all the letters and vowels, and is a strictly
professional linguistic website. I encourage you to check it out!
