Yes, there are rituals that I practice on Halloween. Many Pagans call Halloween "Samhain" (pronounced SOW-en) and write rituals to honor their ancestors and celebrate the Celtic new year. I personally attend rituals in a nearby temple or with a small group of local Pagans.
