Dear Delriece...
I'm writeing to you looking for an anwser,if not from you maybe someone
else that may see this,,
It started when i was 10,,i was in a castle in england,,an old one
where not many people went,,i was with my mother,,i wondered off into an
old room by myself and found a black spot lit by a small window,,not
knowing anything about what it was i steped into it,,From no where a blast
that came from the bottom up and hit me,,it was like a sword of ice and
fire,,i could not move or speek,,i was frozen where i stood, It only
lasted for a moment,,but it seemed to be enough,,Since that moment i have
grown stronger with what i can do,,i can touch someone and feel
everything they fell,,i seem to give them a small blast of energy for just a
short while but in return i get what they have or feel..i met with a
witch once and i felt a blast from her as soon as we met,,,she was a
friend of a friend,,i saw everything she felt about her life in a split
second,,i told my friend about what i saw,,and found out later it had all
come to pass. She told my friend she did not know what i was but !
only that she felt some kind of heat from me...I have since tried new
things that have worked..but i am not sure what i am and what was given
or taken from me. I now search for someone like me that can tell me
what i am,,
I am now able to see into people souls,,i stay home because i can't
deal with seeing all of the pain that are in there eyes,,i hurt for them
as would one of my children.
I search for peace here and hope that there is someone like me..to tell
me what to do..

Everyone has these "powers" until they are inspired to use them and it seems that you have had a very special inspiration! But since it is affecting your life negatively you need to find some help. I would suggest some therapy to help you deal with this new stress in your life. As for the metaphysical aspect, you need to study and practice Grounding techniques so that you can control where and when you work with energy.
