Dear Delriece...
I am 12 and have been interested in witchcraft since I was 10! I have
recently taken up 'Spiritual Healing' with a friend and she is also
helping me to develop the skill of telekenesis. Could you give me a list of
Phisic Powers because I know I have the strength to keep trying until I
find MY power! Three powers that I am very interested in - Telekenesis,
telepathy and seeing auors. Can you give me any tips on what i should
be doing? Do you also have a spell that will clear my mind of stress?
I'm not alowed to burn candles and the only incense I have is Lavender.

An exhaustive list of Psychic talents is neither possible nor helpful, but I can give you a few tips. Practice Grounding meditations as this will relieve your stress and help you in your workings. Read books by many different authors for different ways of doing things. Practice healing on plants and then animals before moving onto humans because it is possible to make a mistake.
