Dear Delriece...
i am 21 years old and only recently been able
to start my journey on the pagan path as i have been confined for most
of my lif. however since i was about 11 i have been getting what i
surpose you would call preminisions. they started when i was living in what
use to be a prison in the 1700's. when i was young i just thought they
were dreams as i only get them when i am asleep, but for the last 2
years i have found that alot of my "dreams" have come true. e.g i saw my
sister-in-laws grandfather die. in hospital, id never met him, only seen
pictures, yet i saw him in hospital and even felt his pain. 3 days
later he did die. i am having trouble accepting this as they are becoming
more frequent and seem to have very little to do with my day to day life
if anything. also i dont know whether to see it as a gift or a curse as
after most of them i feel totally drained as though all my energy has
been taken from me. please help me to either control or stop t!
hem as i now have a 1 year old son who needs me to look after him. i

Dear Jackie,
First I must reccomend that you see a therapist about this matter. Don't worry, I don't think that you're "crazy", but it does seem that your preminisions are making you ill at ease and a therapist can help you deal with the images you see and your thoughts associated with them. As for controlling them, I know many people who can manage their gifts simply by learning Grounding meditations. Read up on visualizations that will help you exchange energy with the Earth.
