First of all, you should always write your own spells! I should not give out spells because each spell is written with the own personal symbols of the Witch that wishes to perform it! Thus, it would be like me giving you sheet music for an instrument you don't even play. And this without even going into the question of if you have the skill and practice with your own instrument!
Second of all, the mundane means of losing weight is best, with a doctor's help. Magick is not merely for party tricks. Although it could help you with some confidence!
