I have been a wiccan for many yeast but in
the last several i havent been doing any magic work. My husband has
meet a woman on-line and thinks he wants to meet her. My question is....
would a binding spell on her be too power over?

It is unethical to perform a spell that controlls another person against their will. This is a situation that you and your husband will have to work out together.
