Dear Adam,
Since Voodoo dolls are normally created for magick that causes harm, I cannot advise you on how to charge a Voodoo doll for such purposes. If you are creating a poppet for healing purposes though, you can create an injured doll prior to the charging and then charge it by fixing it while imagining the patient already healthy again.
