how can i get my ex husband to stop mentally
abusing me and my children,even though i have remarried a wonderful man
and have moved on?please help me...i am new to wicca but it is so
strong within my heart...i dont want to be negative..but i need help fast.

Dear Scared Mom,
Whenever a parent is abusing a child physically or emotionally it is important to get outside help. If they live with him part of the time, then you may wish to inlist in the help of a social worker to investigate and intervene if necessary. Don't speak badly of him to the children, but don't allow yourself to be abused by him. Distance yourself emotionally from him while allowing him to remain in the life of the children. Keep your spirits up through prayer and support from family and friends!
