About the Studio
Why "Wolfglade?"
The name initially comes from a fondness for wolves (and their domestic relatives) shared by myself and my husband. The "glade" part implies a place of peace and serenity. The name as a whole has come to represent a personal space for us, particularly on the internet, and it seemed a natural choice to use "Wolfglade Studio" as the name for my artistic venture.
Progress
Although it has not (yet) been a rip-roaring financial success, Wolfglade is a whole lot of fun. I am working closely with other local artists, and we are collaborating on projects such as producing laminates, bookmarks, key-fobs and coasters. We're also looking at expanding our retail base, by selling products via local trade markets and shops. From the point of view of personal satisfaction, and hopes for the future, I could not have wished for a greater success.
