Comparative Planetology
The study of the planetary geologies, atmospheres and other
charecteristics is important in our understanding of the
evolution of the Earth, the basis of life on Earth, expoloration
of other planets and the discovery of life "outside"
Earth. This module, like others, is divided into a number of
lectures and assessment is based on short and long answer
questions. Like the other units in the diploma course, the
lecture notes are in outline and considerable independent reading
and research will be required.
