Earth Dragon Balls
The earth Dragon Balls are created by Kami.If all seven dragonballs are collected, a wish is granted.After making a wsih, they turn into stone for one year and are spread all over the country.
If kami died, the Dragon ball's "died" too, they turned into stone.Wishes can only be made if they don't exceed the power of the creator.
The Dragon who grants the wish is called Shenron
Namekian Dragon balls
These Dragon Balls were created by Guru, the eldest Namek.But instead of one wish, they grant three wishes.Also, if the creator dies, the Dragon Balls turn into stone. After granting the wishes, the Dragon Balls turn into stone for one Namekian year. But one Namekian year is 130 days.
The Namekian Balls are very big, just like a bowlingball.Unlike the earth dragonballs, they can bring back a person more than once.
New earth Dragon Balls
These Dragon balls are almost the same as the old ones, but these were upgraded by Dende,Instead of one wish, two wishes are granted.They can also bring back a person more than once.
Blackstar Dragon Balls
These were created by Kami. They look exactly like normal
Dragonballs except the stars in each Dragonball are
black instead of red. Apparently, these special Dragonballs
don't require that Kami be alive as they were introduced
during Dragonball GT. It is said that the Dragon of
these Dragonballs has twice the power of the original
Shenron and can grant wishes not possible by the original
Dragon, but no details were given. But like the original
Dragonballs, only one wish can be made each year. Like
all other Dragonballs, these of course must be gathered
into one spot and is summoned like the old one as well.
What sets these Dragonballs apart is that once used,
they scatter across the galaxy instead of the planet
they are used on. The known reason why these Dragonballs
were never used before was that they had unexpected
damaging properties. If the Dragonballs aren't gathered
and brought back to the planet they are used on within
a year of use, then that planet will be destroyed
