The subbed version is nothing but the japanese version but with subtitles. The subtitles can come in english or different launguages it depends on what you ask for.

Fan Thoughts
The subbs are either first or second with most fans. Alot of people like it better than the original cause they can understand it. On the other hand some people like the original because alot of fan subbs no matter if there in A+++++ condition there a little fuzzy and not as good as far as quality goes.
