The Dubbed version was created by Funimation and has many scenes cut out and it does not go by the original music or script.

Fan Thoughts
Most fans Favor the dubbed version least because it lacks the japanese style DB was built on. They also cut out many scenes, changed the music, and did not go by the original script much. To tell the truth most fans besides dubbies who have only seen the English one like it. I'm one of the only fans that likes both. But nothings better than the original
