Shenron
Shenron is the earth's dragon god which was created by Kami (God over Earth). They are created using a dragon model in Kami's look out and the rest is up to the creator. When a dragon is created it is created with his creators powers so if it's creator cannot do something the dragon can't either. To summon the dragon you must collect all the dragonballs and then say the chant that calls him out. The particular dragon shenron can grant any one wish that is within his power. The dragonballs are revived every year so they can only be used once a year. Shenron can only revive a dead person only once and only if they did not die of natural causes. In the cell saga piccolo fused with kami and that meant no more dragonball power since Kami no longer existed. They called another Namek Dende to help restore the dragonballs. He was sucessful and made shenron to be able to grant 2 wishes but his power was decreased slightly.


Palunga
Palunga is planet nameks dragon who was reated by the eldest namek. The same things for nameks dragon god apply to palunga. The main differences are the namek dragon balls are huge in comparison to earths. Another difference is the Namek Dragon can grant 3 wishes but can only revive one person at a time no matter how many times they have been revived in the past.
