About print products
There are huge numbers of print products for example: invitations, Ids, name cards, introductions and remembrance. Above-mentioned all has not same designs and colors because each one has been made for difference purpose. But should pay attention such as what's for do it, how much money for and when do it. For example: let's talk about official blank. Keep printing cost as the lowest as possible in order save money because blanks are used to large numbers in bigger organizations. Also blank requires good design high quality because it represents your organization. Although a blank is not crucial important thing, sometimes it becomes real valuable one with seal of its owner. In other words, it's better to make some secrecy there. Only professional designer can execute it. For example: put a small point which should not seen by others' eyes, near any word you choose.
There are something that you have to pay attention when you order your blank because it represents you and your company. First of all, you must heed for design. Serif: Times New Roman
Sans serif: Arial
You understand their difference without explain. Generally, a text that is typed by serif font is difficult to copy and scanner. So this font always used when makers refuse and no interest to copy and scanner the text further. Also readers eyes are tired easy to read the text by serif fonts. As for sans serif fonts has many advantages than serif. If you want to avoid above problems, it'd better you use sans serif fonts.
Please do not choose font-size that smaller than 10, when you prepare huge read materials. Because there are many enemies for human eyes such as TV and computer, etc. Never choose bright color on your monitor, in order to protect your eyes. You shorten line long, if necessary to choose smaller font than 10. Possible to use column likes newspaper layout. Too long lines make adverse effects such reduce read speed and reader loose line he or she reading.
Use good picture and image as possible as you can when you prepare any material for printing. If you have not, use abstract shape, picture and geometry instead of image. You make it by professional designer please. What pictures and images are good? You know that fancy and high quality pictures is not considered as good. In order to meet this criteria, picture has to coordinate means of the article, news and text or clear their means. Warn that sometimes readers first see the picture and then decide whether read or not text. Most people choose picture, their eyes catch first. It is good way to choose picture. In life, maybe you see many articles news and texts that decorated unsuitable picture.

About TeX system
What is TeX?
End of the 70s, American famous mathematics scientist Donald Knut initiated this system for layout his books, works and textbooks for printing. Today many variants of this system are used all over the world. Biggest printing companies of the world required to prepare layout by this format. The variant of Tex system, namely LateX 2.09 (emTex) and LaTeX 2e are commonly used in Mongolia.
Advantages of TeX than other layout programs:
1. Basic systems move each other.
2. No require high capacity computer. A computer with 80386 processor, 80MB hard disk, color monitor and mouse enough for use this system.
3. No need deepen computer knowledge from user
4. Easy and fast make layout of books, textbooks and journals of mathematics, physic and chemistry and other science.
Mongolian Tex Group was established in 1999. The group cooperation with its Russian counterpart and Laboratory of Donald Knut, founder of this system.
Mongolian TeX group has made layout of following books and other many. Presents some of them:
- "Professional Course of Mathematics" by A. Ganbaatar and Ts. Dashdorj, 1998
- "Mathematics" by M. Densmaa, 1998
- "Mathematics Test" by A. Mekei and others, 1998
- "Analitik geometre" by Ts. Dalaijamts and U. Doyod, 1999
- "Mathematics Test" by L. Obgon, first edition, 1999
- Some issues of the "Olonlog" journal.
The group also published a book " TeX and LaTeX" for first students and professional users about layout. Third edition of it has been published.
This group now develop MikTex version on Windows.
