She entered the local pageant in Seattle and won 1st place. In 1998 Sarah won the title of Ms. Hawaiin Tropic of Washinton. In 1999 Sarah won the titles of Ms. Hawaiin Tropic of Northern California and Ms. Venus Swimwear.

Sarah can be seen in numerous publications. She was in Muscle Mag Int'l November and December issues of last year. as well as a couple of the summer editions of the same year. She is a regular in Planet Muscle Magazine, where she was featured as Planet Babe a few issues back.She has also been featured in Divas Fitness Magazine and Pump Magazine in 1999. Sarah can be seen in the October 2001 issue of Muscular Development Magazine. Some of Sarah's hobbies are snowboarding, traveling, watching movies, rollerblading, and cooking.

Sarah likes to workout to music, anything with a good beat, to keep her moving. She likes the 80's music, groups like Depeche Mode and The Cure.

Sarah is currently getting certified with The National Strength and Conditioning Association. (NSCA) Her goal is to be a personal trainer.

Sarah will be appearing at The Arnold Classic in February 2002 in Ohio. She will be at the Planet Muscle booth. Sarah will be selling her 2002 Poster Calendar for $20. More information on this event coming soon.
