King Alexandre III Bridge. Paris is a spectacular city whether you see it by day or night. We spent about 4 weekends there in 2000. We saw the Eiffel Tower (climbed it in October), the Arch de Triomphe, the Louvre and the Notre Dame.
The Eiffel tower is surrounded by tourists and tourists selling souveniers to other tourists. It is packed with people from all over the world and all walks of life. We finally got to go up it in October, when the tourist season was low. The view is so fantastic, it's almost like being on a plane you can see all over Paris and beyond.

Arc d' Triomphe, Paris. This monument stands in the middle of a huge roundabout at the end of the Champs-De-Elysees. You can walk around it and climb the stairs to the top, but we haven't done that yet (Feb 01).
Here we are at the Eiffel Tower, the first time we saw it together. We are with Yves' cousin, Manu, his girlfriend Florence, Yves and myself. The eiffel is so big it's almost impossible to photograph, but we are standing about 50 metres from it.
We went to a wedding in Anger, France for Pierrot and Fabienne in May 2000.
