- Business and visiting hours fall between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and services are usually completed within this time frame unless we are behind schedule.
- We honor confidentiality for both clients and company.
- We will not accept third party bookings, all interviews must be conducted with the actual pet owner.
- We will not sit for pet shops or kennels, only house pets.
- We will not accept shared responsibility with a second party for animal care.
- We reserve the right to deny or terminate service because of safety concerns or uncomfortable situations.
- We will not watch or provide care for children or adults under any circumstances.
- We make no claims to offer veterinary services and all veterinary/medical concerns will be deferred to the veterinarian of the client's choice.
- We do not diagnose, prognose or make therapy decisions or perform procedures outside the realm of home-care service.
- We will not sit for or consult for acutely ill animals or those with uncontrolled medical conditions.
- Dogs require a lot of attention so dogs will be accepted on a daily basis only.
- Indoor cats must stay indoors unless restrained by a lead or unless they regularly use a cat door that leads into a enclosed compound.
- No pets will be allowed to roam off leash under any circumstances while out of doors.
- We will not accept biting or aggressive animals.
- We will not walk unruly or untrained dogs or dogs who choke themselves on their lead.
- We serve to enhance health and therefore will not feed animals any unspecified food.
- We will water indoor plants as part of regular service should the client wish but there will be additional charges for watering lawns, gardens or trees etc.
