Boro Vs Chelsea

Gareth Southgate is out of Boro’s final home game of the season against Chelsea tomorrow. Southgate broke his nose against Ipswich in midweek, and manager Steve McClaren won’t risk him. Ugo Ehiogu however returns and will replace him. There are doubts over , Robbie Stockdale and skipper Paul Ince, although Dean Windass is back.

Charlton Vs Sunderland

Patrick Mboma, Jason McAteer and Michael Gray are all fit to return for Sunderland’s crucial game at the Valley. A defeat for the Black Cats and a win for Ipswich would put Sunderland in the relegation zone with just one game to go. Meanwhile, Kevin Philips will once again play through the pain barrier in an effort to score the goals, which will keep Sunderland hopefully up.

Bobby Robson will continue with his first eleven despite already qualifying for the Champions League. Robson today revealed all his first team regulars have pleaded with him to let them play in United’s final home game of the season. However, Olivier Bernard looks set to start in place of Robbie Elliott.
