Newcastle boss Bobby Robson has blasted an unnamed Premiership club over an alleged illegal approach for French utility man Olivier Bernard.
The Magpies' have offered the Frenchman a lucrative contract, which Bernard is stalling over, thanks to the new rivalled interest.
Robson stormed "He's been tapped and we will be reporting that Premiership club."
The news follows Middlesbrough's decision to take Liverpool to the high court after the Merseysiders' were found guilty by a Premiership panel of making an illegal approach for Christian Ziege two season's ago.
