Middlesbrough's F.A Cup success has persuaded several of the clubs highly rated youngsters to sign new deals, reports the club's official website mfc.co.uk.
Austrilian Luke Wilkshire who has recently broke into the first team has signed an extension to his current contract, as has former England U19 Skipper Stuart Parnaby.
Second choice goalkeeper Mark Crossley will also be at the Riverside Stadium for another two seasons as the Welsh International finally agreed a new contract. It did look as if Crossley was set to leave the Riverside after the former Forest man was dropped for Mark Schwarzer, despite being in magnificent form. However, Steve McClaren has persuaded Crossley that he does have a future on Teeside.
