Darlington manager Tommy Taylor locked his players in the dressing room for over an hour last night as the Quakers went down 3-0 to Shrewsbury. Taylor who is still looking for his first win in charge of his new club, questioned the commitment of his side.
"If you haven't got mentally strong players then you lose games, and we had a few of those out there," he claimed.
His blasting attack on his players however didn't stop their as Taylor threatened the future's of some of his players.
"If you're not mentally strong in this division, then there's only way that you'll go, and that's the Conference and the UniBond League. If you're not strong enough to play against Shrewsbury, then there's other places you can go and play. "
"A few home truths were said in the dressing room after the game. I named names, but I won't reveal what I said."
