1960 TVR GRANTURA FACTORY LIGHTWEIGHT

Supplied by the factory in 1960. Full lightweight specification body and chassis. Chassis number; 7C 238 suggests that this car was originally supplied with a "Climax" motor but was in fact raced in the BRSCC British Sportscar Championship in 1962-64 with an MG motor with HRG alloy cylinder head running with twin 40DCOE Webers. Driver; Mike Sargeant. The following owner, Bill Cook raced in club events until the later part of the sixties and the car has been dry stored since. The speedometer reading of only 3,150 miles (three thousand, one hundred and fifty) is believed to be accurate, some older MOT certificates help to confirm. The condition of this car is quite remarkable. It has never been resprayed but has serious paintwork problems due to the flexibility of the very light glassfibre panels. Original colour is Oxford blue and the car ran with a yellow single stripe front to rear and a yellow radiator opening. Interior trim in red leather is absolutely superb and the original "Wobbly-web" alloys were also painted yellow and remain in good condition. Unfortunately the original UK registration number; AUD 100 is no longer registered to this car. Engine specification includes; HRG Alloy cross-flow cylinder head with twin Webers, 80mm flat-top race pistons, AEH 770 works camshaft, alloy 14lb flywheel, works close ratio gearbox, Alfin Drum brakes all round. All believed to be intact and undisturbed for over 25years Obviously a unique opportunity to purchase a genuine unrestored Grantura Lightweight with a genuine historic race history. 1963 JAGUAR 3.8 "E" TYPE FIA RACECAR

A very well respected "older" racecar, Ex - Peter Preston ( Jaguar Drivers Club / HSCC ) and my own car for the last 12 years. Fully restored in the early 1990s with all new steel panels and aluminium bootlid and factory hardtop vents, new steel bonnet and show quality repaint . FIA specification rear rollcage, race seat and harness, plumbed-in fire extinguisher, etc. Only 3 races and nominal road mileage since. This car has full documentation from new along with the original service voucher booklet and full service records. Mileage reading of only 75,000 miles is therefore certified as correct. The car is also still fitted with the original "matching number" engine and cylinder head. Additionally, the car retains the original and valuable registration number; 888 RYA. Mechanically this car is relatively unmodified compared to "up-to-date" FIA specification E Types and is running on the original triple SU carburettors with a Hayward and Scott tubular race manifold and full big bore stainless exhaust. Original Moss gearbox, lowered and marginally stiffened suspensions and 6J and 7J specially commissioned competition wire wheels with road tyres, along with a second set of period J.A.Pearce "Magna" alloys with Dunlop historic circuit race tyres with spares of each. A perfect car for road and mild competition work and ideally suited for historic road events and is supplied with full FIA documentation.

1962 JAGUAR 3.8 litre 'E' TYPE Fixed Head Coupe

A very nice early example, recently restored with bills and receipts for over £20,000. Bodywork stripped to a bare shell, all welding and new replacement bonnet and panels where necessary. Repainted to show standards in original colour. Fully re-trimmed in Connelly leather to original specification and colour scheme. All new chrome, wiring, rubber seals, etc. "Sundym" tinted glass throughout. Fully detailed engine bay with correct "matching numbers" engine. New Chrome wire wheels with correct "Dunlop" SP Sport tyres. 1963 SABRE SIX FIA RACE / RALLY

Relatively famous ex Don Pither / Robin Rew / Emile Robyns car, UK reg ; 92 FRP. Very competitive car in the right hands with race results and good lap times to confirm. (Spa -Francorchamps: 3min.11 secs. / Monza: 2min 30 secs. etc). Recently undergone a cosmetic restoration and currently in our own workshops, undergoing a pre-season mechanical rebuild in readiness for the 2002 season. Fresh Bright Silver and Racing Green paintwork unfortunately with some minor micro blistering but still looks very impressive. Revolution alloys and Dunlop historic race tyres. Detailed under-bonnet with glorious sounding 2.6 litre straight six with triple Weber 45s running on a Raymond Mays alloy cylinder head. Four speed with overdrive gearbox. Comprehensive package of spare parts include another complete engine, spare Raymond Mays alloy cylinder head, rear axle, front suspension, brakes and more. One of the best known of only less than 100 Sabre Sixes ever produced. An excellent and usable investment which is very eligible for the most prestigious historic circuit and road motor-sport events. The motor is currently stripped down, we are fitting a full six point roll-cage and will thoroughly check the brakes, steering and suspensions, etc.

1965 LOTUS 'SUPER' SEVEN

Original UK registered car and RHD. Car has lived in Germany since 1992 but now back in the UK Chassis number; SB1993 (with original chassis plate) Original UK Reg. No; FRO 68 C Many new parts recently fitted and in running and driving condition, but some minor mechanical work still to do. New parts include; mostly all new aluminium body panels, refinished in bright red, new Koni coil-over shock absorbers and suspension overhaul, steering, brakes etc. attended to where necessary, etc. New lights, chrome, fittings, etc. Fulda 185/70 HR X13 radial tyres fitted to 'Revolution' Alloy wheels.
