Later Ridge, Taylor`s husband, saves them. They decide to keep the lovemaking a secret

James gets involved with Brooke Logan Forrester, the CEO of Forrester Creations. They`re about to marry but Ridge stops the wedding.

James tries to uncover Sheila Carter`s past.

Sheila kidnaps James in her dungeon. He`s forced to make love to her.

James gets involved with Maggie Forrester but their realationship is in trouble because of Sheila who has fallen for James again.

James thinks Maggie left him and makes love to Sheila

James and Maggie marry but Sheila anounces that she`s pregnant with James`child.

1997

Sheila moves in with Maggie and James and tries to break them up.

James and Maggie adopt the Baby. Sheila leaves town.

Sheila returns and wants her baby back.

James, Maggie and Connor elaborate a plan to get Margret back.

James lies to Sheila that he`s in love with her and that he wants to marry her.

After the wedding, Sheila tries to attempt suicide. James realises what he`s done to her and stays at her side. Maggie tries to kill Sheila. Maggie and James separate. James is falling for Sheila.

1998

Maggie and Mike kidnap Sheila into the psychohouse, but James comes to her rescue.

James and Sheila stay married. Maggie leaves town.

James loses his psychiatrist- licence because he had sex with a patient.

Stephanie Forrester tries to break up Sheila and James` marriage. Sheila gets angry. Stephanie brings her back to prison. James takes Mary away from Sheila because he`s afraid she could hurt the infant.

Sheila shoots Stephanie, takes Mary and leaves town. Shortly after, James leaves town too.
