Advertising
Supplier: is
referring to the ezine that has supplied an advertising slot in their
publication for the Ezine-Coop service.
The
Advertiser: is referring to
the person who has submitted their advert to appear in the network of
Ezine-Coop ezines.
To
The Advertising Supplier
1. There is
NO FEE for an ezine to join the Ezine-Coop service.
2.
The Advertising Supplier must run ONE advert within 6 weeks of receiving
an advert from Ezine-Coop.
3. The Advertising Supplier reserves the right to crop an advert
down to comply with the Ezine-Coop advert size policy. If you feel you
cannot crop the advert down, you reserve the right not to run it.
4. The Advertising Supplier reserves the right NOT to run an advert
if it contains Hate or Adult Related content.
5. The Advertising Supplier reserves the right NOT to run an advert
if the advertiser decides to remove themselves from the advertising
suppliers ezine before the advert is ran.
6. The Advertising Supplier reserves the right NOT to run a
duplicate advert/ email address if submitted within a 6 week period, with
the exception of Group ONE. Group ONE has no limits to the amounts of
submissions.
7.
The Advertising Supplier reserves the right NOT to run an adverts if an
autoresponder email address is submitted for the 'Advertisers' subscribe
email.
8. If you use Topica to maintain your mailing list, then you will
need to send an INVITE out to each new subscriber. Advertisers are made
aware of this procedure upon ordering.
9.
You will be provided with an email address to add to your ezine list,
and a further email incase of a problem with the first email. You are also
provided with their Country.
10.
You have to notify the advertiser of the date the ad will be Included in
your ezine within 48 hours of receiving the new ad and the subscriber.

To
The Advertiser
1.
If a member has a problem, or does not agree with anything related with
the Ezine-Coop program they MUST NOT go directly to the Advertising
Supplier. All complaints MUST go through Ezine-Coop. Send all complaints
to Linda Kombel
2. We DO NOT provide refunds to the advertiser once the advert has
been posted to the Advertising Suppliers. If you do have a complaint to be
made then contact us on: Linda

3. Do not submit more than one Advert to the Ezine-Coop Groups 2,
3, 4 and 5 the same 6 week period. The ezines in this program are
providing their valuable space in the ezines for your free subscription to
their ezine. If you were to submit more than one advert, and it went
through to the Advertising Supplier, then the Advertising Supplier
reserves the right not to run your advert.
4. All adverts submitted to Ezine-Coop MUST be up to 6 lines at 60
characters per line maximum + URL or Email - If these guidelines are not
followed the advertiser reserves the right to crop or remove your advert
from running in their ezine.

Many of the ezines on this program will require you to confirm the
subscription to their ezine as their ezine may be double opt-in. If you do
not confirm this subscription your advert will not be ran. The
confirmation email will be sent through to the email you provide in your
order form.
5a - Many of the ezines on this program also use Topica for their
mailing list distribution. This means when your email address is sent on
to the ezine publisher, they will send you an INVITE to their ezine. If
you do not reply to this INVITE you will not be added to their ezine
list....therefore your advert will not be ran.
6. You MUST NOT enter an email address which functions as an auto
responder. If you submit an auto responder email address all the
Advertising Suppliers reserve to the right not to run your advert and
delete your subscription to their ezine.
7.
DO NOT supply Full Inboxes, or Invalid Email addresses. If you do not
confirm your subscription then your advert will not be ran, so by
submitting a Full Inbox / Invalid Email you will not be able to confirm
your subscription. - We also provide a field to put a contact email incase
of an unforeseen problem. this way you can be contacted if there is a
problem, and your advert will be ran.

9. Ezine-Coop cannot be held responsible should a third party
decide to resell our services at a higher price, with or without our
knowledge.
