Membership Goal
Our goal for the 01 - 02 year is 425. We have until 9/1/02 to reach the goal. We currently have 331 girls registered. This is about 50 girls less than last year. We have over 5 pages of girls who were registered girl scouts last year that have not reregistered so far this year. We will ask Cadette girls to help work on calling girls to determine why they did not reregister.
We have 7 troops that have less than 5 girls. Each one of these troops must have 5 girls registered in order to sell cookies.
They are: 518, 587, 1910, 1917, 2639, 2684, 2687
Our placement list is HUGE!!!! We have got to work on this as a group. We will have to divide and conquer this list at our upcoming district meeting between team members. This must be worked on during the month of January and a summary of what occurred given back to me by January 31st. A copy of the placement list is attached. Review and we will discuss at our January district meeting.
We may have to hold additional recruitment's to get our numbers back up. Council is pushing for us to work on this -- we will all have to work together to get it done.
