Peacock Black Pearl Necklace & Earwires This is a necklace and earwires set of peacock black pearls and 14K goldfill. The pearls are A-grade semiround (slightly egg-shaped) 5-6 mm freshwater cultured pearls that have been heat treated to yield the permanent iridescent effect.The pearls appear very black in the photo, but the peacock effect is mainly a deep blue, with some greens, pinks, and violets. The nacre is very clean and lustrous. The necklace has been hand-knotted between every pearl on black cord, and secured with 14K goldfilled bead tips and lobster claw clasp. The matching dangle earwires are also 14K goldfill. The necklace is 16-1/2" long. The jewelry set is shipped in a foil gift box, complete with pearl care instructions. For your convenience, the photo is actual size.
