Life is not easy for people born during this time period. The lights that have to be turned on early now are still a reminder and a symbol of hope. It's not that long ago when the sun shone brightly and warmed us and we know that it won't be long anymore till we experience it again.

Life is hard now, nothing comes easy but everything we accomplish now gives us a satisfaction, a fulfillment. Since nothing comes easy to them the Capricorn appreciates all he has that much more.

People born during this time period appear older than they really are more mature compared to others. They are serious by nature and are not the ones to follow a crowd. Capricorn is a climber, inch by inch, step by step slowly and determined reaching the top. It is therefor not surprising that the Capricorn is liked more by others in his second half of his life compared to the first half.

We respect them and admire them because Capricorn is hard working, diligent, on time, you can trust him but it is hard to warm up to him.

He is a competent departmental head in charge, an Engineer and Mechanic.Capricorn is also qualified to manage other peoples money, he is a competent but not a flashy Lawyer, he is a Historian, an Archeologist and a Trustee.

Capricorn hates: The not serious, laziness, aimlessness, digression, irresponsibility, impulsiveness, the exception to the rule, the outrageous, the sensational, the too modern, the gypsy life, the playful or effortless.

Capricorn does not want to be mean he appears to be going on a steady course and because of that he is often perceived to be a snob, He is not demanding and it often looks like he is stuck in a shell like the Cancer and can give the impression of being a boring person. In reality the Capricorn longs to be understood, he craves affection and could stand some sympathy but he is too proud to admit that to others.

Capricorn can be compared to a good wine which gets better with age. He makes long range plans that with his determination in place will take him slowly to the top, to his goal.

Since Capricorn is ruled by Saturn with the steady but slow influence, you will find that the Capricorn female gets prettier with age and mellows usually around age 45.

She has a seriousness about her, patient and dependable who is often the right hand to the boss, but she also loves her independence and wants her own occupation. She is suited and qualified for the medical field working in a Laboratory, or is a Doctor, a Chemist or a Historian. No matter where she is placed you can depend on her.

Both Genders have a hard time dealing with the "lower" people in Society. No matter how friendly they try to be you will feel a coolness about them, because of this they feel lonely and can either have a mild or severe depression and that makes it even harder for them to connect with others.
