Jace: and I was wondering if I could have an interview with you Tapion: What's your URL? Jace: www.ssj4kain.cjb.net Jace: but I post the interviews on Jace: www.kingcooler.cjb.net Jace: DB Drop Zone Jace: how do you like them? Tapion: Nice site.. yeah I guess .. how do you do interviews? Jace: well I just chat with Web Masters on the internet and ask them (strictly professional) questions Tapion: oh hehe.. yea I guess I don't mind. Jace: ok cool Jace: So what are you planning for your new look on your site? Tapion: I'm most likely going to stick with simple and fast loading. But will try and make a layout that's easier on me. Meaning that I'll be able to update a lot faster. Jace: yeah usually adding new sections is a drag when you have to C/P so much on the layout Jace: and plus you have to add new links all day on each section when you get just one new one Tapion: Yeah, that's the main thing I'll fix for the new layout... making it so that if I change the link on one page... it'll change on all of them. Jace: will you be hiring any Staff members to help you out? Tapion: Not sure right now, but I doubt it. I like working on the site by myself for now... Jace: I see Jace: what will the new name be? Tapion: Prolly DBCollection. :P I'm too lazy to think of a cool one... I figured since DaizenshuuEX came out that I might as well take the Daizenshyu outta my name. Plus it goes with the URL. Jace: yeah I noticed that Jace: so did you get many complaints about the big picture of Trunks mooning the screen and Daizenshyu writtin on his butt? Tapion: Heh.. yeah a few. That was almost going to be my "Farewell to DBZ Sites" image... I know a lot of people put Goku with a thumbs up or something, but I liked Trunks mooning a lot better. :-) Jace: LOL Jace: I think that would be funny as hell....you should do that Jace: but put the one where he moons Brolli on Movie 10....that doesn't show as much...if you know what I mean Tapion: Yeah, I like the one I put because it showed a lot more than the Movies did.. lol Jace: @_@ Jace: ehehe Jace: so did you have any Staff members on your site before? Tapion: In the very very start... yeah.. I had a partner. He works at pojo now. Jace: Andy? Tapion: Yea Jace: oh I see Jace: I interviewed him once Jace: eheh Tapion: Cool. :-) Jace: do you have a personal fav of DBZ characters or is Tapion your favorite? Tapion: Tapion isn't my favorite... at the time I thought there wouldn't be many people named Tapion on the DB sites, so I chose it as a screen name... but I was wrong. :-( My favorite character would probably have to be Gohan. Jace: yeah he's cool Jace: that's why I picked Jace Jace: he doesn't get on many people's minds Jace: but anywho Tapion: Yeah, that's true. Jace: have you ever talked to any cool web hosts? Jace: or webmasters if you call them that Tapion: I've briefly talked with a lot of em... but I'm not really friends with any of em. I talk mostly to the "unknown" guys who aren't all about hits... and everyone that I host of course too.. Jace: yeah I heard Gotenks Archives has a grudge against you for taking their hosted site Tapion: Does he? heh.. I dunno about him.. I didn't think it was a contest to host PiccoMark... I was just helping him out as a friend really.. but I think ChibiMav wanted more hits. Tapion: So, he got mad when I hosted PiccoMark :P Jace: yeah that's all he's about Jace: hits is all he cares about Jace: what do you care about in your site? Tapion: I'm more about informing people of things they didn't know about DBZ... and trying to make some original content and not just the stuff that all the others sites have. Jace: well I'm all about information on Characters, Races, and What happens to who Jace: have you ever been in competition with another site? Tapion: I'm also going to try and make my Featured Anime section a little bit more than it is right... to let people know there's more anime out there than what's on Toonami. Tapion: No, not really... I don't keep track of that really. Jace: what IS your favorite anime? Tapion: I think DB/Z will always be that... I've yet to see anything that can surpass it. A lot of people say it sucks and has no plot, but it entertained the hell outta me and that's all that matters. Although Cowboy Bebop is up there with my favorites... and Kenshin too. Jace: I've heard of those Jace: what was the first you ever heard of it Tapion: Of DB/Z? Jace: yeah Tapion: I think about 5 years ago... I'm not really all that sure.. I saw it in Japanese briefly and dismissed it because I didn't care. Then I started watching it dubbed at like 5am on the WB. At around the time it first started airing on Cartoon Network was when I started getting the fansub version and watching it on I-Channel. Jace: I see Jace: have you seen the GT Special Tapion: Yup. I've seen every single DB/Z/GT thing there is to see... Kinda sad. :-( Jace: well the GT special ending touched my heart... Jace: the talk with Goku and Goku Jr was so eye watering... Jace: *sniff* Tapion: Oh.. yeah I think I gave that an F+ on my Movie Rating thing.. Jace: but of course Princess Mononoke did too so it's not too hard to touch my heart Tapion: hehe I guess not.. Big giant boars were in both the GT Special and Mononoke.. Jace: yeah Jace: Yao and that God of the Boars.... Jace: I guess boars touch my heart... Jace: or it's just a coinsidence... Tapion: Yes. Both hold a special place in my heart as well... Jace: yeah Jace: well I have enjoyed interviewing you greatly man Tapion: Heh ok.. Thanks for interviewing me.. Jace: I would like to thank you for this rare occurence Tapion: Yea, no problem. Jace: and SSJ4Kain would like to know if you would like to be affiliates... Tapion: hehe.. maybe.. wait till my new site comes out and I'll start deciding. I might do away with affiliates all together. :-( If not, then I'll definatly want to affiliate with your site. Jace: seriously? Jace: is it that good? Tapion: No.. hehe Jace: -_-' Jace: oh... Tapion: Maybe it's just that bad that nobody would affiliate with me? :-( Jace: oh Jace: well your site is VERY good Jace: I liked it imensly Tapion: Thanks... Same to you. Tapion: I almost used that Goku with the #1 hand sign thing for my new layout.. Tapion: (the one that you have on drop zone) Jace: oh Jace: well that's cool Tapion: I used a different one, but it's almost exactly the same...
