Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow.....

1) Don't forget about "Snow Angels"!!!

2) Use circle sponges to make snowmen on a piece of paper. When dry, decorate with glitter pens, markers, sequins or puffy paints.

3) Let the children "dot" all over blue paper with a pencil eraser dipped in white paint. When you have enough, these can be the background for a winter bulletin board.

4) Gluing popsicle sticks side by side and then one across the top creates an old-fashioned sled. Glue two more on the reverse side as the runners. Add yarn or string to the top as the pullstring. These also make cute Christmas ornaments to hang on a tree.

Once There Was A Snowman

Once there was a snowman, snowman, snowman,
Once there was a snowman, tall, tall, tall.
In the sun he melted, melted, melted.
In the sun he melted, small, small, small.

Snowmen

Five little snowmen
Standing in a row,
Each with a hat
And a big red bow.
Five little snowmen
Dressed for a show,
Now they are ready,
Where will they go?
Wait till the sun shines;
Soon they will go
Down through the fields
With the melting snow.

More to come as time permits!!! Happy Sledding!!!
