Let it be known that a center for higher learning, hereinafter known as the College of Gleann Abhann, shall be established within the Kingdom of Meridies, its boundaries being within the area known as the Principality of Gleann Abhann.
The purposes for establishing the College will be as follows:
~ To provide a standard system of educational opportunities, varied in nature and content, but within the framework of our principality and our medieval period.
~To encourage through recognition, availability and standardization, participation in the college.
~And, ultimately, to increase the overall knowledge and appreciation of, and involvement in our medieval society.
