The Ballot Booth
Have your say, something which we feel you will never get with Cherwell Dc, perhaps they could take this as a sugestion for their website. Would be nice to leave our views of their actions for all to see.

Selling the council houses
Should Cherwell Dc sell or not sell the housing stock?

yes
no

Current Results

Please bear in mind the following when voting:
Is this good management, when the houses are worth more in the long run, even though they must make a little out lay to get them back in order.
Is the selling of these properties, the councils get out from their obligations to complete the work that is needed to be done to these homes?
Will the housing association complete this work within the same time period?
In a local paper recently it stated that another council was buying back homes because it had made a mistake selling them. (I am 99% sure this is what was said, but i am open to correction).
(something I am curious about is whether cherwell informed the current tennants about the rate of increase in the rents and that it will be a greater increase every year with a housing association. which would mean the tennants are paying for the work to be done them self's)

YES
NO

By services we mean, cinema, sports facilities and general recreational activities.
But one thing we would like to see and for some reason is not here is a Mc Donalds.
We all love them, but where is our very own Mc Donalds?

Planning and Development
Do you think that the devopment of Bicester is being held back by the planning department/councillors?

YES
NO

Why couldnt we have our own cinema, a new sports centre? Bicester seems to be left behind on developement.
The town is growing, but the facilities in the town are not, is there a good reason for this, or is part of the plan to leave Bicester in the past.
