Contest Rules:

1. All rules that apply to Net-4-Biz apply here.
2. Only applicants that sign up for Net-4-Biz from this site are eligible for this Contest.
3. Prize consists of the dollar amount as currently promoted in the contest, said amount to be determined in advance solely by Bigloot Web Master. Bigloot Web Master may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable. ALL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning the prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period.
4. Employees and other representatives of Bigloot, their affiliates, and advisors (and the immediate family members of each) are not eligible to win. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void where prohibited. Bigloot can accept only those entries that are completed and submitted in the format designated above. Bigloot will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control, (b) human error, or  (c) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
5. To be eligible to win the prize, submit your entry to Bigloot. Addresses will be entered only once per drawing. You may not send entries by standard mail. In the event of any dispute, all e-mail entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account from which they were sent.
6. The winner will be determined by the one account having the most Read Emails from Net-4-Biz. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of completed and eligible registrations received.  In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by a drawing of the all of the contestants in a tie.  If a prizewinner is unreachable or ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return an executed affidavit and consent within 21 days of when sent, the winner will forfeit his or her prize and the prize will be added to the next contest.
7. Bigloot is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected or garbled computer transmissions or network, computer, telephone, or electronic failures of any kind including any communications or computer failures or circumstances which affect, disrupt or corrupt the contest in any manner.
8. The first name and the initial of the winners last name will be email to all contestants. Winner might be asked for the use of winner's likeness and/or photograph for publicity purposes without compensation. Contestants agree to have all money sent by way of PayPal only.
9. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Bigloot, which are final and binding in all respects. Bigloot reserves the right to change these rules or cancel the Contest at any time, at its sole discretion.
10. This contest is void where prohibited. Bigloot may prohibit entrants from participating in the contest and disqualify entries if they attempt to enter the contest through means not described in the rules, attempt to disrupt the contest or circumvent the rules, act in an unsportsmanlike manner or with an intent to annoy or harass any other entrant or Bigloot.

This contest is void where prohibited and in any country that Net-4-Biz and PayPal do not operate. Bigloot may prohibit entrants from participating in the contest and disqualify entries if they attempt to enter the contest through means not described in the rules, attempt to disrupt the contest or circumvent the rules, act in an unsportsmanlike manner or with an intent to annoy or harass any other entrant or Bigloot.
