Game Facts and Trivia

I recently wrote Stephen Clarke-Willson (Producer-Director) to provide me with some facts about the game. Here is what he had to say:

1) I made an estimate of the size of the game and it actually came out 4000 acres, but I decided that was just way too big, so I whacked it in half to 2000 acres. It's bigger than Manhattan - that's for sure.
2) The source material for the game ended up being 10 gigabytes.
3) The game itself is 1.5 gigabytes, massively compressed using special Xbox compression features.
4) The game was made entirely in Maya, VC++, Photoshop, and various sound tools.
5) Development time: 20 months.
6) Team size: Adrenium: 28, probably 10 more people at MS at various times.
7) Uses full scene anti-aliasing.
8) Careful jumping in the dealth realm elevator turns on ... elevator music!
9) The afro was created by Brad Rebh, who made the staff effects, as the first test effect.
10) 46 minutes of music performed by Prague Symphony; 15 more minutes performed by Soule Media on their amazing synth setup.
11) I seem to recall there are about 1,500 sound effects, 4,000 textures.
12) The biggest level is 75 megabytes not counting creatures and animations - much more than the Xbox can hold due to our special level streaming technology.
