Dear Delriece...
I was wondering is there such a thing as recomended studying time when
you are learning to be a witch? Strange question I know but I find
that instead of sitting down to study/read a book on casting a circle etc.
that i want to & end up taking a walk or sitting outside in the
moonlight with a cuppa just thinking about or praying to my Lord and Lady but
when I go back in I feel guilty as most of the books I have and am
reading have time limits to learn various tasks to become a witch & I am
now at the stage of thinking that I really musn't have the interest or
self-discipline to become a witch? Thanks for your time and a lovely
site.
Blessed be.

Dear SkyWolf,
Many traditions of Wicca have a time unit of a Year and a Day between each level of study. But I allowed myself three years of study before I dedicated myself to be a Witch. Each person works at their own pace and I encourage you to keep studying. But of course, studying anything requires dicipline. I recommend that you set aside time for a daily devotional. This will allow you time to pray, meditate and read a bit each day and start your own routine.
Light!
Delriece
