Dear Cursed,
Certainly many of us feel cursed when we are without a loved one. Curses are very much psychological. If you believe that you are cursed, you will be more likely to take a look at the bad things in your life and attribute them to a curse while ignoring the good things. If you want to break this curse that you may have placed on yourself with a ritual, you may wish to make yourself a charm against the evil eye by drawing an eye on paper and keeping it with you. You may wish to practice shielding meditations, envisioning yourself surrounded by a ball of white or purple light. At any rate, take an evening to pray and ask for your curse to be removed and then stop thinking about it. Be confident that it is removed.
