I am interested in understanding and practicing witchcraft but have no
idea where to start ! Im a complete beginner...and dont no anything
from a 'waxing moon' to paganism. I have been looking throught different
pages on the net and would like some guidance. can you help

The best advice that I can give you in this stage is to read everything you can get your hands on! Read books by all sorts of authors so that you can get the full spectrum of information from what touches your soul deeply, to what sounds like crazy talk! Begin your practice with prayer!
