As long as you have the permission of your parents, you can practice on your own if you like. Begin by reading all the books you can on the subject. Pray often and begin trying out rituals and practicing daily meditation. If you want to meet Pagan friends, you might want to get your parents to take you to a Pagan gathering in your area. Some local Pagans may have kids your age!
