Well, the first step is to read everything you can get your hands on about Wicca to find out exactly what it is. Once you've got that covered then you can start by praying. Pray when you wake up, when you go to bed, before you eat and whenever the mood strikes you. Celebrate the Esbats and Sabbats using rituals that others have written at first until you feel confident enough to write your own. Before you jump into spells you should practice Grounding and Centering your energy daily and then work on casting a circle. Those are all the things you need to think about for starting your path!
