I am just some person interested in becoming a witch and I know nothing
much about it at all. I wish to learn what stones are used for what. I
would like to know what a pagan and wicca are. I would like to know how
do I become a witch. I would like to know a bout the Goddess and I
would like to learn to read tarots and cast spells and charms. But where
can I gain this knowledge? please help me.

Your first step is to find out what Pagans and Wiccans are, and for that you should hit the library! Read all the books you can on the subject by many different authors! Practicing WitchCraft will come after this starting with prayer and meditation.
