Dear Delriece...
I am hard of hearing. I feel so lonely and bored at home everyday...I
have no car. It's driving me crazy because I don't know where to go and
find people that I can meet. I am a wiccan. I need friends so I can
enjoy, share, fun together, etc. What can I do? Will any ritual or spells
help me with this situation?

You are not alone. You may first wish to get into contact with groups of other Wiccans with disabilities such as Spinning Wheels. They may have helpful tips for you. If you haven't yet, you may also want to give hearing groups in your area a try. Find Wiccans in your area off the WitchVox site and work with your local bus system for transportation!
